“We’ve had a great first four years in Camdenton and the current location of our branch has served us well during that time,” said K. Clayton Rogers, Community President for the Camdenton branch of Heritage Bank of the Ozarks. "However, with the growth we’ve experienced since we opened, we are committed to fulfilling our promise to provide a larger bank with drive-up services and better parking. We are excited about a new facility that will serve our customers better and show our commitment to the community as a permanent financial institution.”

Heritage Bank of the Ozarks opened its Camdenton branch in November 2013 at 226B East Highway 54. Rogers, with 37 years of banking experience, has served as Community President since that time.

Heritage Bank of the Ozarks Chairman and CEO Bill Lewis said while still in the preliminary planning stages, and subject to city and regulatory approval, the bank is proceeding with initial steps to build. According to Lewis, the bank is in the process of finalizing the purchase and then proceeding with architectural plans for the new construction. It is anticipated the new facility will be completed sometime in 2019.

“We are honored to know that more and more people of Camdenton and the outlying communities are trusting us to provide them with financial services,” said Lewis. "It has always been the vision to firmly and permanently plant Heritage Bank in Camdenton. We are a part of the community with a very solid, experienced banking team at Camdenton who are extremely dedicated to serving their community. This new facility will only enhance their commitment to their friends, neighbors and fellow Camden County area businesses. "

Heritage Bank of the Ozarks, chartered in 2003, is an independent community bank with two locations; Lebanon and Camdenton. Even though the bank has grown tremendously in recent years, management and staff remain focused on the communities and customers it serves.

Heritage Bank of the Ozarks offers a wide variety of banking services including personal and business checking, savings, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts; online and mobile banking; personal, agricultural, business, and home mortgage loans; investment, financial planning, and insurance services and more.
