There were minor injuries for one man in a boating collision on Lake of the Ozarks Saturday afternoon.

Gary L. Thompson, 63, of Adrian, Missouri was a passenger in a 1980 Ozark vessel that was struck by a 2003 Lowe at the 80 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks in Benton County around 2:40 p.m. March 24, 2018. He was taken by ambulance to Golden Valley Hospital for treatment, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol incident report.

The Ozark was westbound at the time of the collision, operated by Gerald N. Adkins, 57, of Warsaw. Also westbound, the Lowe was operated by Robert E. Talley, 57, of Holden, Missouri.
