Deborah Larson, 50, was arrested Friday, March 2, 2018 after a search warrant was served at her Sunrise Beach residence.
A Camden County woman has been charged with possession and delivery of controlled substance following an investigation by the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group and the Camden County Sheriff's Department.
Deborah Larson, 50, was arrested Friday, March 2, 2018 after a search warrant was served at her Sunrise Beach residence. A second person identified in the probable cause statement as Shane Wall was listed as sharing the residence with Larson but he was not listed in the arrest information.
Bond for Larson was set at $5,000 cash.
According to the probable cause statement, officers found and took a variety of items from Larson's bedroom, kitchen and living room. Among the items seized was a notebook investigators allege contained drug related notes found in a garment drawer and a panda coin purse with crystal residue. Also found in the home were Alprazolam, a Schedule IV controlled substance, in an acid reducers bottle; Clonazepam, a Schedule IV controlled substance; syringes; a marijuana pipe; a glass pipe; a notebook containing drug related notes; and a smartphone. Officers also found crystal residue throughout the home; the crystal tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the court documents. A smartphone allegedly contained messages related to drug distribution was also taken from her possession.
Larson allegedly denied she knew about the drugs found in her home. Court documents indicate Larson admitted to selling marijuana, but denied selling methamphetamine.
