Dustin G. Dunklee, Morgan County Prosecuting Attorney, announces that in Morgan County Circuit Court action in February 2018 nine offenders were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Department of Corrections.

Dunklee, Morgan County Prosecuting Attorney, announces that in Morgan County Circuit Court action in February 2018 nine offenders were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Department of Corrections. These cases were prosecuted by Dunklee and assistant prosecuting attorneys Douglas Kinde and Derik Kinde, through the efforts of staff and the investigations of all law enforcement agencies involved.

The nine are:

1. Tiffany M. Tubbs – Sentenced to 120 days in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Class E Felony of Resisting Arrest under RSMo 217.785, Phase II of the Post Conviction Drug Treatment Program.

2. Nicholaus J. Ryun - Sentenced to 6 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

3. Jamie S. Scott – Sentenced to 5 years in DOC for two counts of the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

4. Warren G. Danner – Sentenced to 10 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Burglary 2nd Degree and 10 years consecutive (total of 20 years) for the Class D Felony of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Mr. Danner was a prior and persistent felony offender with more than 10 prior felony convictions and was thereby subject to an enhanced range of punishment for the Class D Felonies.

5. Brandt W. Feutz - Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day Institutional Treatment Center program.

6. Joseph C. Clark – Sentenced to 4 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and 3 years concurrent for the Class E Felony of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender at a different time.

7. Ronald J. Johnson - Sentenced to 8 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance under RSMo 559.115 with preference for the 120 day Institutional Treatment Center program.

8. Jeffrey A. Coleman – Sentenced to 7 years in DOC for the Class C Felony of Burglary 2nd Degree and 2 years concurrent for the Class D Felony of Forgery.

9. Thomas E. Narron – Sentenced to 10 years in DOC for the Class D Felony of Driving While Intoxicated under RSMo 217.362, the one year Long Term Drug Treatment Program.
