The Camden County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an assault over the weekend that left a Camdenton man with serious injuries. 

The assault was reported on Feb. 23 around 7:30 in the morning at a residence on Dry Hollow Rd. Deputies responding to the 911 call found the victim, a 48-year-old white male, had sustained serious injuries to his face. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment and was later released. The victim’s name has not been released. No charges have been filed. 

Details about the assault and a possible robbery are unavailable. The sheriff’s department is looking for two person of interests who are wanted for questioning identified as Dominick Vernon, 18, and Tehya Sieling, 19. Vernon and Sieling are both from Eldon and are believed to be in Miller County.
