According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the 19-year-old was driving west on Route A in Camden County around 3:28 a.m. January 28, 2018 when she allegedly failed to negotiate a curve near Midway Road and struck a stop sign. The car went down an embankment and struck a tree.

A Lake Ozark teen suffered injuries described as minor in a wreck early Sunday morning. The 19-year-old was arrested by a state trooper following the accident.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Emily G. Evans was driving a 2008 Ford Focus west on Route A in Camden County around 3:28 a.m. January 28, 2018 when she allegedly failed to negotiate a curve near Midway Road and struck a stop sign. The car went down an embankment and struck a tree.

The report indicated minor injuries for Evans who was allegedly not wearing a seatbelt. She was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

At 4:46 a.m., MSHP online arrest reports show Evans was arrested for driving while intoxicated - first offense and was released to the hospital for treatment.
