A Chicago man has been charged with one count of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance in Miller County, and two counts in Maries County.
According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a complaint on November 28 from Sinks Pharmacy of an unknown individual using a Springfield, MO doctors DEA control number to fraudulently obtain a controlled substance. After a joint investigation with the Vienna Police Department, Brandon Warr, 25, was arrested on December 1.
Warr has since bonded all charges, and has been released.
