The 24-year-old man was charged with DWI-aggravated offender; driving while revoked - 2nd or subsequent expense; no seat belt; and misdemeanor warrant from Cole County for probation violation.

A 24-year-old Russellville man was injured, later arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated - aggravated offender amongst other charges following a one-vehicle crash in the early morning hours Saturday in Miller County. 

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash and arrest reports, Colin C. Poe was traveling westbound in a 1999 Nissan Altima at approximately 12:12 a.m. on November 18, 2017 on Highway 54, east of Route MM, when the crash occurred. 

The vehicle went off the right side off the highway and struck a bluff, according to the report, totaling the car. Poe suffered injuries described as moderate and was transported by ambulance to Capital Region Hospital. 

At approximately 1:01 a.m. he was placed under arrest in Miller County and released for medical treatment, according to the arrest report.
