According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Judith Kolb was driving a 2002 Pontiac Montana eastbound when she became disoriented and ran the minivan off the right side of the roadway

A Jefferson City couple received minor injuries in an accident on US 54 in Miller County Thursday evening.

James R. Kolb, 74, and Judith A. Kolb, 74, were taken by ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital in Jefferson City for treatment after the one-vehicle crash around 7:10 p.m. Oct. 26 on Eastbound US 54 at Route MM.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Judith Kolb was driving a 2002 Pontiac Montana eastbound when she became disoriented and ran the minivan off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle struck the ground and an embankment, the report states.

Both occupants were listed in the report as wearing seat belts. The Pontiac was described as having extensive damage.
