A 41-year-old Laurie woman suffered injuries described as minor and was later arrested and charged with DWI following a one-vehicle crash Monday night in Morgan County, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash and arrest reports.

A 41-year-old Laurie woman suffered injuries described as minor and was later arrested and charged with DWI following a one-vehicle crash Monday night in Morgan County, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash and arrest reports. 

At approximately 7:35 p.m. on October 9, 2017, Holi C. House was driving a 2011 Chevrolet HHR southbound on MO-135, roughly 2.2 miles north of Cuptree Drive when the crash occurred. 

According to the report, the vehicle travelled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree before returning to the roadway. The vehicle then exited the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch. 

House, listed without a seat belt, was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital. 

At approximately 8:42 p.m. later on Monday night, House was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving An Accident and Failure to Wear Seat Belt, according to the arrest report. 

She was released to Lake Regional Hospital for medical treatment.
