Three vehicles collided Wednesday afternoon on Business Route 5, injuring one driver from Camdenton, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Three vehicles collided Wednesday afternoon on Business Route 5, injuring one driver from Camdenton, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. 

Sylvia L. Baade, 63, of Camdenton, was described with minor injuries and transported via Camden County Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital. 

The crash occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. on October 4, 2017 on Business Route 5, roughly 770-feet before New Woodbridge Road.

According to the report, Baade was driving a 1991 Toyota Turcell eastbound when she stopped to make a left hand turn and was struck by a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado also being driven eastbound by Charles W. Benton, 55, of Macks Creek. 

The debris from the impact then struck a 2013 Ford Mustang being driven westbound by 46-year-old Samantha J. Sien, of Lebanon. 

Niether Benton or Sien were listed with any reported injuries. All three involved were listed as wearing seat belts. The Toyota was listed with extensive damage, while the other two vehicles were listed with minor damage.
