The Center for Resource Planning and Management invites Village of Four Seasons residents to attend a public open house to comment on future land use and Village goals between 4 and 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, at Village Hall on Cherokee Road.

The CRPM, a center operated by Missouri State University, has been tasked with facilitating the update of the Village’s comprehensive plan. The comprehensive plan provides an outline of what the community would like to see over the next ten to twenty years regarding community facilities, land use, housing, economic development, and transportation. The planning process requires resident input and involvement in order to ensure that the final plan accurately reflects the desires of the entire community. This will be a come-and-go event, open to the public, with CRPM staff available to answer questions. No formal presentation will be made.

The five-month planning process has included numerous stakeholder meetings and a community survey to gather resident input. The comprehensive plan aims to best address the future wants and needs of the Village of Four Seasons.
