A 55-year-old Eldon woman suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Capital Regional Medical Center after her vehicle overturned following a collision Friday morning in Osage County.

A 55-year-old Eldon woman suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Capital Regional Medical Center after her vehicle overturned following a collision Friday morning in Osage County. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Lorie A. Kiso was driving a 2011 Ford Focus at approximately 7:32 a.m. on August 4, 2017 eastbound on U.S. 50, roughly 220-feet east of Route U when the crash occurred. 

Teresa F. Heidbrink, 49, of Linn, was driving a 2011 Mazda 6 westbound when the vehicle was struck by the Focus. The Focus overturned and ran off the left side of the roadway onto its top, according to the report. The Mazda came to a rest in the roadway. 

Heidbrink was not listed with any injuries. Both drivers were listed with safety devices and both vehicles were listed as totaled. 

Kiso was transported by ambulance to Capital Regional Medical Center.
