Students from any school in Camden County in grades preschool through 12th grade who may be in need of assistance with supplies are invited to attend the Child Advocacy Council Back to School Fair.

The event is set for 2-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4 at the Camdenton Middle School, but students from Climax Springs, Macks Creek and Stoutland are also encouraged to come.

Vendors and organizations will be on hand to talk with students about clubs, resources and other services.

Students must attend with a parent or guardian to register and receive supplies and vouchers. The parent/guardian must provide identification and proof of residency in Camden County. Please do not leave your children at the school without adult supervision.

Basic school supplies will be provided. If they run out of basic items, rain checks will be available.

The back to school fair is brought to the community by the Child Advocacy Council with financial support from The Trover Family Foundation, Community Foundation of the Lake, Lake of the Ozarks Rotary, Walmart and Laclede Electric.
