Two occupants of a minivan received minor injuries after colliding with a semi truck Sunday evening in Camden County.

Janis M. Pummer, 57, of Camdenton and Christopher S. Biddle, 14, of Camdenton were both transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the 2008 Kenworth - Lester B. Johnson, 63, of Gravois Mills - was not injured.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Pummer was driving a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country north on Highway 5 around 5 p.m. when the minivan crossed the centerline and collided with the truck about 250 feet north of Petunia Road. 

Pummer, Biddle and Johnson were all listed as wearing seat belts. 

The minivan was described in the report as totaled while the Kenworth had minor damage.
