A 43-year-old Olathe, Kansas woman was arrested for boating while intoxicated after a collision with a docked vessel Saturday night at the 31-mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks.

A 43-year-old Olathe, Kansas woman was arrested for boating while intoxicated after a collision with a docked vessel Saturday night at the 31-mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks in Camden County. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report and Marine Division boating incident report, Sue A. Forbes was piloting a 2006 Harris Pontoon westbound at approximately 7:15 p.m. on July 29, 2017 when the vessel struck a stationary 2015 Star Pontoon with an unidentified owner. 

Injury information for the incident was listed unavailable. Forbes was listed without a safety device. 

At approximately 8:31 p.m., Forbes was arrested and charged with BWI - alcohol - first. She was booked into Camden County Jail and held under a bondable release. 

There was minor damage to the 2015 pontoon and no damage to the 2006 pontoon, according to the report.
