A man and woman from St. Robert were hospitalized after a motorcycle crash while attempting to avoid a dog in the road Saturday in Montreal, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F crash report.

A man and woman from St. Robert were hospitalized after a motorcycle crash while attempting to avoid a dog in the road Saturday in Montreal, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F crash report. 

Kevin S. Parker, 53, and Tina C. Parker, 52, were both transported by Camden County EMS to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon following the crash that occurred at approximately 11:42 a.m. on July 29, 2017 while southbound on 3225 Route BB in Montreal, Camden County. Tina Parker was listed with moderate injuries while Kevin Parker was listed with minor injuries. 

Kevin Parker was driving a 2008 Harley Davison 1200 motorcycle with Tina Parker as a passenger when the "crash occurred as motorcycle attempted to avoid a dog in the road, ran off the left side of roadway and struck an embankment," the report stated.  

Both involved were listed with safety devices. The motorcycle was listed with extensive damage.
