A 47-year-old Linn Creek man has been arrested and charged with several felony counts of incest, rape and sodomy, according to a press release from the Camden County Sheriff's Office.

A 47-year-old Linn Creek man has been arrested and charged with several felony counts of incest, rape and sodomy, according to a press release from the Camden County Sheriff's Office. 

George A. Koch, a Lake area doctor, was arrested on July 27, 2017 and charged with one count of rape or attempted rape in the first degree, sodomy or attempted sodomy in the first degree, both unclassified felony. In addition, Koch was charged with the Class E felony of incest and two class D felonies for statutory rape and statutory sodomy in the second degree. 

Koch is being held on a $20,000 cash bond or $100,000 surety.

"Because of the sensitive nature of the case, no further information will be released," the release concluded. 

According to CaseNet.com, Koch was officially charged on Friday, July 28, 2017 by Camden County Assistant Prosecutor Heather Miller. The bond conditions state the defendant shall be monitored by GPS tracking and avoid firearms or weapons.

The defendant was ordered not to have any contact with the victim and also states the "defendant shall comply with all conditions for alcohol and drug charges." Koch was ordered to random urinalysis for drugs and alcohol while on bond. 

On Friday, Attorney Tim Cisar requested MOCAM on behalf of the defendant for supervision. Judge Aaron Koeppen has been assigned to the case.
