A 31-year-old Lebanon man was transported by Mercy Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital following a motorcycle crash early Saturday evening in Camden County.

A 31-year-old Lebanon man was transported by Mercy Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital following a motorcycle crash early Saturday evening in Camden County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Jeremy L. Smallwood was driving a 1978 Harley Davidson southbound at approximately 4:12 p.m. on July 22, 2017 at the MO-5 entrance ramp from Business Route 5 when the crash occurred. 

The vehicle experienced a mechanical failure causing it to travel off the left side of the roadway and strike the ground, ejecting the driver, according to the report. 

Smallwood, listed as wearing a safety device, suffered minor injuries. There was moderate damage to the motorcycle.
