The accident occurred around 4:40 p.m. July 19 when a 2015 Ford F-150 pulled into the path of a northbound 2003 Chevrolet S-10 and the Chevrolet struck the Ford pickup, then struck a southbound 1999 Ford F-250.

A Laurie man received moderate injuries in a three-vehicle crash on Highway 5 at Spring Cove Road in Sunrise Beach Wednesday afternoon.

Thomas P. Denvir, 58, was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

The accident occurred around 4:40 p.m. July 19 when a 2015 Ford F-150 pulled into the path of a northbound 2003 Chevrolet S-10 and the Chevrolet struck the Ford pickup, then struck a southbound 1999 Ford F-250. The Ford F-150 was driven by Kass E. Brazeal, 33, of Camdenton. Denvir was the driver of the Chevrolet, and Gregory M. Opfer, 44, of Sunrise Beach was the driver of the Ford F-250.

Brazeal and Opfer were not listed as injured. The crash report indicated all three men were wearing seat belts. 

The report listed extensive damage to the Ford F-150 and Chevrolet and minor damage to the Ford F-250.
