Orman was arrested at 5:40 p.m. June 29 for felony driving while impaired - drugs- causing serious physical injury, felony possession of a controlled substance - 25 pills of clonazapam, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. He was released for transport to the hospital.

An Edwards teen was arrested on multiple charges, including driving while impaired due to drugs, after a serious-injury crash in western Camden County Thursday evening.

Dylan H. Orman, 19, of Edwards, Mo. received minor injuries in the wreck on Red Fox Road, while passenger Melissa Walter, age unknown, of Edwards suffered injuries described as serious in the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. Both were taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

Around 4:45 p.m. June 29, according to the crash report, Orman was driving a 2011 Hyundai Sonata west on Red Fox Road when the car failed to negotiate a curve and went off the roadway, striking a tree about 1.5 miles west of Thornsberry Point.

The crash report indicated neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt.

The car was described as totaled.
