An Eldon woman riding as a passenger suffered minor injuries in a rear-end collision Tuesday afternoon on US-63, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

An Eldon woman riding as a passenger suffered minor injuries in a rear-end collision Tuesday afternoon on US-63, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. 

Betty M. Scott, 62, was an occupant in a 1999 Dodge Dakota being driven southbound by William H. Barker, 65, also of Eldon, at approximately 3:40 p.m. on June 6, 2017 when the crash occurred. She was transported by ambulance to SSM St. Mary's. 

According to the report, the vehicle struck the rear of a 2012 Ford F-150, also being driven southbound on US-63 roughly .1 mile north of County Rd. 397 by 29-year-old Adam J. Buschjost, of Jefferson City. 

Neither Barker nor Buschjost were listed with injuries. All three involved were listed as wearing seat belts. The Dodge was listed with moderate damage while the Ford was listed with minor damage.
