A St. Louis man appears to have drowned in Lake of the Ozarks Monday morning. 

William A. Russo, 53, was found face down in the water near a dock at the 3.5 mile marker of the Big Niangua Arm by a family member around 9:25 a.m. May 29, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol incident report. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:49 a.m.

This was the second drowning for the MSHP Troop F region in May and its third in 2017.
