Officers with the Osage Beach Police Department were dispatched to the parking garage at Lake Regional Hospital for a motor vehicle theft on Saturday and are now requesting the public's help in identifying the suspects.

The call came in on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at approximately 8:46 p.m., according to a press release from the department.

When the victim arrived to her vehicle she found the passenger side window was broken out. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a Smith & Wesson 380ACP Semiautomatic pistol was missing, according to the release.

The suspect vehicle appears to be a newer model maroon Ford Escape SUV with what appears to be damage to the right rear bumper area. The license plate on the vehicle at the time of the theft was reported stolen earlier in the day.
