Swall stated, “Septic systems around the lake when properly maintained, help to keep our healthy lake healthy, however they become a major problem for the whole lake when one is not properly maintained. We at LOWA, enjoy being able to assist full and part-time residents in the upkeep of their lake properties as well as the lake itself.

Something as simple as educating yourself about your septic system, how it works, and what should be done to make sure it is not polluting the lake is an easy and with LOWA’s help very affordable way to do your part in making sure our lake stays the “jewel of the Midwest” for not only those of us who live, work and play here but for future generations.”
