A 53-year-old Camdenton man riding a Harley Davidson suffered moderate injuries after striking a deer Friday night in Camden County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

A 53-year-old Camdenton man riding a Harley Davidson suffered moderate injuries after striking a deer Friday night in Camden County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. 

William E. Weeks was driving a 2009 Harley Davidson southbound on Route D, north of Brush Arbor Road, at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2016 when the crash occurred. 

According to the report, the collision caused the vehicle to "law down," ejecting Weeks, who was transported by Mercy Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital. 

The report listed he was wearing a safety device.
