The crash report states the car struck a tree and a fence, returned to the roadway, went off the right side of the roadway and struck another tree.

A 22-year-old from Eldon was injured and arrested in a one-car accident in Miller County Thursday night.

Paige N. Johnson, 22, received injuries described as moderate in the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report and was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment. 

The wreck occurred as the northbound 1999 Toyota Camry went off the left side of Oak Hill Road about 549 feet south of Timberlane Road around 9:55 p.m. March 16.

The crash report states the car struck a tree and a fence, returned to the roadway, went off the right side of the roadway and struck another tree. 

The report indicated Johnson was not wearing a seatbelt.

Johnson was arrested at 10:28 p.m. for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent resulting in a traffic crash, no seatbelt and no insurance. She was released for medical treatment.
