An Osage Beach toddler who fell into the Lake yesterday evening was successfully revived, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol boating incident report.

An Osage Beach toddler who fell into the Lake yesterday evening was successfully revived, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol boating incident report. 

The incident occurred at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at 275 Taylor Road in Roach on the Niangua River. 

According to the report, two-year-old Rayick J. Blair, of Osage Beach, suffered moderate injuries after he fell from his residence into the water. 

"CPR was performed and subject was revived," according to the report. 

A Camden County Sheriff's Deputy was involved in an accident yesterday evening on U.S. Highway 54 while watching for traffic in regards to an incident involving a small child in the Lake. 

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe police vehicle driven by Deputy Dawn M. Lynch, of Camdenton, had pulled to the right shoulder of the eastbound lane Sunday evening, Oct. 16, approximately 1/2-mile west of Dock Ridgeway.

Attempting to locate a vehicle from a prior incident, Lynch allowed other vehicles to pass for some time before performing a U-turn and pulling into the path of a 2013 Ford Edge being driven east by Wood.
