Osage Beach Health Care Center announced its rehabilitation department has received the second highest customer satisfaction scores for the Missouri/Kansas region in 2009. Osage Beach Health Care is part of National Health Care, which operates 84 long-term care centers, 17 in Missouri and Kansas. The Quality Control scores are derived from separate mail in responses and interviews, rating all aspects of care, goal achievement, and overall satisfaction with staff.
Mark Wain, PT and director of rehabilitation at Osage Beach Health Care Center, said he enjoys working alongside Michelle Goelzhauser OT and Cheryl Little PTA because of the passion they bring to the center each day. The rehabilitation department wouldn't be what it is without the level of care provided by all staff members of Osage Beach Health Care Center.
