After being auctioned off Tuesday morning, Stoneridge Amphitheater now has a sole proprietor.
The property is back in the hands of one of the most-recent owners, Tony Oddo, who bought the 77-acre property for $650,000.
Oddo, a local entrepreneur, was previously partnered with John and Judy Civitate for the amphitheater, which was auctioned off for $500,000 plus back taxes.
Rick Bryant, owner of Bryant’s Auction, sold the property.
“He’s got tremendous visions,” Bryant said about Oddo. “He’s proactive, not a talker.”
