On Friday, Nov. 6, the Camden County Health Department is holding a walk-in clinic to administer the H1N1 vaccine.
The clinic is to administer the nasal mist vaccine only.
The Camden County Health Department is only distributing the vaccine to groups considered a high risk of contracting the H1N1 virus or those at an increased risk for flu complications.
Residents have to meet specific guidelines and sign a waiver before receiving the vaccine.
There is no cost for the nasal mist and an appointment is not necessary for the Friday clinic.

Call the Camden County Health Department at 346-5479. The department has also set up an automated line with more information about the H1N1 vaccine. That info can be reached through the health department's main number.
Because of the shortage of the vaccine, the health department is targeting specific groups of people considered high-risk of contracting the virus or having complications.
Camden County residents have to meet specific guidelines before getting either vaccine.
Nasal Mist
• Healthy children ages 2-4 years who have NO CHRONIC MEDICAL CONDITIONS
• Household members and caregivers of infants less than 6 months old who are between the ages of 2 yrs to 49 yrs old and have NO CHRONIC MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
Injectable
• Children 6 months to 4 years
• Children 5-18 years with chronic medical conditions that put them at increased risk for flu complications, like lung or heart conditions, diabetes, seizure disorders, etc
• Household members or caregivers of infants less than 6 months old
