Camdenton trailed by just three at halftime, but the Eagles outscored the Lakers 25-18 in the third quarter to take a double-digit lead into the fourth quarter.
Joplin's duo of Matt McCreary and Derek Stokes scored 27 and 20, respectively to lead the Eagles.
Alex Fowler led Camdenton with 21 points.
The Lakers are now 5-7 on the season and 0-1 in the Ozark Conference.
