The family fun zone with games will open at 10 a.m. with inflatables and fun booths. At noon rubber ducks will be dropped into the Osage River by helicopter and boat on a race across the finish line.

The annual Great Bagnell Dam Duck Drop will be held below Bagnell Dam on Aug. 5.

Tickets are $5. The first-place winner will receive $5,000 with other cash prizes awarded. Tickets to purchase a duck are on sale prior to the Duck Drop and on the morning of the event.

A golf tournament will be held Aug. 4 at The Ridge Golf Course at the Lodge of Four Seasons. Shotgun is 1 p.m. Crazy holes and fun obstacles will be placed around the course. Registration and lunch begins at noon. Cost is $125 per player in the four-person scramble.

Proceeds from the Duck Drop go to the Ozark Coast Kiwanis Club which supports local organizations.
