The fourth annual Children's Halloween Festival makes trick-or-treating safe for little ghost and goblins. Each year, businesses line the parking lot at HyVee and pass out candy and other goodies to participants.
HyVee and local vendors team up to put together Walk on the Rocks. For a $2 ticket, children go from booth to booth to fill up their bags with treats. It will be held from 4-7 p.m. Oct. 31. Proceeds go to the Dream Factory.
