The School of the Osage high school varsity softball team fell at Warsaw 5-3 in six innings on Tuesday, Sept. 2.

Taylor Good hit her third home run of the season in the loss.

“[It was] not a badly played game. [We] did not get to their starting pitcher. A couple [of] mistakes on defense led to three unearned runs for Warsaw. [We] must begin to wake up our bats. We are inconsistent on offense so far this year. Warsaw made all the plays on defense. That was the difference in this one,” Osage head coach Bill Nowicki said.

The Indians are now 2-4 on the season. Osage hosts Versailles on Thursday, Sept. 4.
