The fifth annual Camdenton Windsor Estates Car Show will be held on August 29. Last year the show brought in 31 unique cars. This year the staff hopes to see 40 or more cars in the show.

Along with the car show, a quilt raffle and 50/50 will be held. Hot dogs, hamburgers and sno-cones will be for sale. All proceeds will benefit the residents' activity fund.

Administrator Teresa Knight said that the residents enjoy this annual event because they can view cars that they once owned years ago. Since most residents cannot get to area car shows, this is a great way for them to see their past up close and personal.

"It's a nostalgic event," Knight said.

Knight wants to extend the invitation to the public.

"We hope the public comes out and supports our facility," Knight added.

She also said that anyone with a car or motorcycle that would fit the car show, are welcome to bring to Windsor Estates on Friday.
