    Clinton Mistler, 31, was driving the 2013 Dodge Charger when it was struck by a vehicle driven by Nichole Cox, 28, of Russellville.
    Cox, driving a 2004 Chevrolet, pulled from a side street into the path of Mistler's vehicle on Business 54 near 19th Street, according to the MSHP report. Mistler's vehicle was displaying lights and had the siren on. The left front of Mistler's vehicle struck the rear of Cox's vehicle, causing extensive damage.
    The damage to the patrol car was estimated at $8,000. Cox's car sustained minor damage. A 7-year-old girl in Cox's car sustained minor injuries and was taken to St. Mary's Hospital for treatment.
