In support of Eric Dundon's July 8, 2014 Lake View column:
One of the reasons my husband and I purchased our residence in Four Seasons is the homeowners' covenants. A covenant is a binding promise.
Those of us in Four Seasons have made several, and we have agreed to make all of our guests or tenants aware of them. Among the covenants is the commitment to refrain from the use of fireworks.
Friends and neighbors in Four Seasons: This includes YOU!
The private displays of fireworks began days before the 4th of July and they continue each evening past midnight. Of course, you are special and so are your children and grandchildren and all of your guests. So are we. We get up and go to work in the morning.
Most of us are very concerned about the proposed further development of the Shady Gators complex. We agree that we don't want our quiet neighborhood disrupted. Don't we?
