A Stover woman is recovering from serious injuries sustained in a one-car wreck Monday morning.

Tiffany Royer, 23, was a passenger in a 1996 Pontiac on Route C one mile east of Highway 52 in Morgan County when the vehicle went off the right side of the road, struck a metal culvert, a concrete post and a fence.

Royer was taken to Capital Region Hospital in Jefferson City for treatment. The driver of the vehicle, 31-year-old William Royer of Stover did not sustain injuries.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, William Royer was not wearing a seat belt but Tiffany Royer was.
