3 pounds lean ground beef or turkey
½ cup Cholula hot sauce
2 Tbsp ground cumin
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ cup water

Spray cooker with nonstick spray, then add the meat-breaking it up with a spoon. Mix hot sauce, spices and water. Pour over the ground meat and use a spoon to stir it into the meat. Cook on high 3-4 hours, mashing with a potato masher every hour.
