8 cups sugar
5 ½ cups flour
2 ½ cups cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt

Mix all together and store in an airtight container. When ready to make brownies, measure out 2 cups of the mix and add:
¼ cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla

Stir together and spread in an 8″ square pan, sprayed with pan spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cut into 16 bars.
