  • Recipe of the week: Parmesan turkey cutlets

    2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper
    ½ pound turkey breast cutlets
    Combine cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in small dish. Place cheese mixture on plate and coat each cutlet. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add cutlets and cook until no longer pink, about 2 minutes per side. Keep cooked cutlets warm. Serve over hot angel hair pasta with prepared spaghetti sauce and a salad on the side.
