FBLA is a Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) that prepares students for “real-world” professional experiences where they gain the competitive edge for college and career readiness. Members and advisers representing 19 chapters (approximately 900 students) throughout the region met to elect district officers, transact district chapter business, and compete.
The district leadership competition and awards program recognizes excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. Students compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Top district winners are eligible to compete for honors at the State Leadership Conference, April 12 - 15 in Columbia.
