  • An endangered person advisory has been issued for a 4-year-old girl last seen in the 11800 block of State Highway V near Rolla Monday, Jan. 20.
The Phelps County Sheriff's Department issued the advisory Wednesday evening for 4-year-old Cassandra Robertson.
Cassandra is white and about 2 feet, 6 inches tall. She weighs around 40 pounds. She has brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a gray zippered shirt with a Hello Kitty logo.
According to the sheriff's department, Cassandra may be with her mother, Nikie Robertson, a 39-year-old white woman. Nikie is listed as being 5 feet, 6 inches tall and having brown hair, green eyes and wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
Authorities say Cassandra currently has an eye infection requiring medication and that the mother, Nikie Robertson, has a history of suicidal tendencies and substance abuse.
Authorities say Robertson and Cassandra may be en route in a silver 2006 Nissan Quest bearing Missouri license plates FG2D5J to Las Cruces, N.M., or Colorado.
