  • An endangered persons advisory has been issued for an Eldon teenager last seen more than a week ago. Foul play is not suspected.
    The advisory was issued by the Missouri Highway Patrol on behalf of the Eldon Police Department on Nov. 5. The teenager, identified as 16-year-old Ethel M. Parker was last seen on Oct. 28 when she was dropped off in Eldon by her 21-year-old boyfriend, Harley McFadden. Parker was enrolled on classes at Eldon High School.
    According to the advisory, exactly where Parker was dropped off is unknown. The location on the advisory is identified as Grand Avenue. Police have been given several different stories. Police have determined Parker did not have any money, personal hygiene items or extra clothing with her.
    The teen was reported missing by her mother. All contacts deny knowledge of her whereabouts. She allegedly sent a text message to her brother on Nov. 1 stating she was not coming back.
    Parker is described as a white, female, age 16, height 5' 4", 120 lbs, blond hair, blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a red long sleeve top, jeans and pink and black tennis shoes.
    McFadden is considered a person of interest.
    Anyone seeing the missing person,or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Eldon Police Department at 573-392-9111.
