  • All three lake area Walmart stores have contributed to the St. Louis Children's Hospital in charitable gifts totaling more than $3,000.The donations were made through the coordination of Lake of the Ozarks Shrine Club and its Hospital Chair, Roland Winters.
"The total gifts represent a milestone and reflect heavily on the generosity of the business community at the lake," notes Winters.
"The entire lake area is a friend and strongly supports our Children's Hospital," adds Club Rajah Ronnie Wiles.
The Shrine Club awarded three special "Gold Page” Awards given to the Walmart representatives. The awards signify a special emphasis toward helping needy children and their families.
