Why did you get involved with the district?
If we don't clean up the lake now, it will only get worse.
What is your goal for the district?
We'd like to see more people on the sewer system, and we're trying to figure out ways of financing that.
What is the board currently working on?
We're trying to figure out what we're going to do next year. We're holding a public hearing on a rate increase. We need a rate increase in order to get ready for principal payments starting next October.
