Heritage Bank of the Ozarks, Lebanon, has announced the addition of three bankers with a combined 75 years of banking experience in Camdenton to the Heritage Bank team.
New team members are K. Clayton Rogers, Alan West and Dawn Jeffries. Their focus will be to expand Heritage Bank’s footprint into the Camdenton market.
Rogers has 32 years of banking experience with 23 years at First National Bank in Camdenton, where he served as President/CEO for six years. West has 35 years of banking experience, all at First National Bank in Camdenton, where he served as executive vice president and loan officer. Jeffries has worked for First National Bank in Camdenton for the last eight years as a loan assistant.
In the Camdenton market, Rogers will serve as community president; West will serve as senior vice president-loan officer; and Jeffries will serve as loan operations assistant.
According to Bill Lewis, chairman and CEO of Heritage Bank, “We are thrilled to have such a highly qualified team join us and are extremely excited to take this major step in growing our bank and its market area coverage. These individuals bring tremendous local knowledge of the Camdenton market and years and years of strong customer relationships”.
Subject to regulatory approval, Heritage Bank intends to establish a branch office in Camdenton in the next few months. In the interim, Heritage Bank will serve the new market from Lebanon and a loan production office in leased space in Camdenton. Once regulatory approval is complete, Heritage Bank will establish a full service branch, likely in a modular banking unit initially.
