Osage Beach Board of Aldermen will meet in regular session at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, at the city hall.
Agenda items will include:
•Consideration of a special use permit for AT&T communication tower equipment replacement.
• A bill to authorize the mayor to execute a contract with Keeping Condos Clean for janitorial services at City Hall and Public Works.
•An amendment to qualifications for alderman to conform to new state law. The bill would lower the eligible age for aldermen from 21 to 18 years old.
•A bill to authorize mayor to execute a contract with Caldwell Tanks, Inc., to clean Swiss Village and Columbia Water Towers.
•A bill considering a city council authorization form necessary for the OB Police Department to receive grant money from the Missouri Department of Transportation Highway Safety Division.
•Extension of billboard lease with Lamar Advertising.
•Bid award for deicing salt.
•Executive session to discuss the hiring, firing, disciplining or promotion of any employee.
