So this week was my first way of in my new year. I was down 1.4lbs to 292.2. It feels good, but at the same time people always say that your body weight fluctuates about 2lbs per day. However, I'm going to keep trying. I didn't go out for lunch at all last week and had salads prepared and took them with. I also had my snacks planned out. I did struggle at night right before bed. I felt like I was combing the kitchen for food. Tonight I ate some whole grain bread which isn't terrible, but it's not amazing for me either. This week I plan on making better choices when it comes to snacking.
